2023 symposium info
What is it?
The Student Spring Research Symposium is an opportunity for CU students to present their research and collaborate with other researchers within the university! There will be morning and afternoon talk sessions with plenty of snacks and refreshments provided. Presenters have the option of preparing a 5- or 12-minute talk with time for questions. We’ll also be holding a poster session midday with a catered lunch. Additionally, the audience will have the chance to vote for their favorite talks. Prizes will be awarded to winners in each category!
Why should I present?
This is a great opportunity to practice presentation skills for future talks or conferences! Any topics related to biology, ecology, life sciences, and so on are welcome, this is not limited to EBIO students.
Who should attend?
We encourage undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff to watch the presentations. Come, eat free food, maybe collect some cool merch, and celebrate amazing CU research!
